You will have to complete a booking form which can be downloaded from here and pay the hire fee and a security deposit of £100, you must also agree to the Hire Conditions.
Hire Rates
The charge for using the hall is just £12 per hour*.
This rate is inclusive of heating and lighting, etc

* A security deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking to cover the risk of damage, this will be refunded promptly after the hire when the hall has been inspected.
